Data deleted
- ScreenGrant account and sign-in records associated with the signed-in parent account.
- Family, parent, and child profiles connected only to that account when they are no longer shared with another parent.
- Device records, rules, schedules, app settings, tasks, approval requests, and related family management data tied to deleted families.
- Optional task proof submissions or uploaded images connected to deleted tasks.
- Push notification tokens, sync state, and device health data connected to deleted devices.
Data retained and retention period
- Records needed for security, fraud prevention, abuse investigation, legal compliance, dispute resolution, tax, accounting, or app store subscription records.
- Limited logs, backups, and provider records that may remain for a limited retention period before they expire through normal system rotation.
- Data that belongs to a family or profile still managed by another parent or guardian account.
Backups, logs, and provider records may remain for up to 90 days after deletion before they are removed through normal retention cycles, unless a longer period is required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, dispute, or compliance reasons.
