Steps to request account deletion

  1. Sign in below with the email address and password used for your ScreenGrant account.
  2. Review the deletion details shown after sign-in.
  3. Confirm that you want to permanently delete your account.
  4. Select Delete my account. ScreenGrant will submit the request to the account deletion API.

You can also request help by emailing support@screengrant.com from the email address on your account.

Backups, logs, and provider records may remain for up to 90 days after deletion before they are removed through normal retention cycles, unless a longer period is required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, dispute, or compliance reasons.
